The Cubs were taught about safety around fires and how to safely light a fire (without matches), once they had done that they made Pitta Pizza and S’mores. They also got time for some axe throwing too. The Cub and Scout leaders were busy that night and the Cubs loved the evening.

The Beavers & Cubs (Leaders & Parent helpers) had an awesome trip to see what the Police do. They saw behind the scenes, met the dogs, saw and sat in a police car as well ask got to see the drone in action and what it can do. Must give a MASSIVE “Thank You” to everyone we met who had give their own time for us all. We can’t share everything but here is a sample.

We joined Cubs from across the county on this trip. Fun, educational and inspiring!! Kaa & King Louie certainly had their Aeronautical knowledge tested that day!

A great time was had by the Beavers at the District Beaver Camp with the theme being “Around the World”
